Management Summary
In line with our values, we are operating with a lean but efficient and dedicated organizational structure. The company is headed by Mr. Gaffane, assisted by three team leaders, who are responsible for their allocated projects and team members.
Gaffane Electrical prides itself on maintaining a high moral and skill level in the company, with particular emphasis on ensuring we do not have an “us and them” attitude between our staff and electricians in the field. This allows us to display both a confident and competent approach to any task undertaken. Indeed, as a company we endeavor to retain many of our own fully trained, time served electricians on our workforce after they become qualified.
